Pamina

My philosophy class was a fine time for doodling; this was a sketch I did of the character Pamina from Mozart's opera Die Zauberflote, or The Magic Flute. Pamina is the sweet, beautiful daughter of the Queen of the Night, and the love interest of the opera's hero, Tamino. I tried to have fun with her outfit since the opera takes place in mythological Egypt. I know that she looks like she's about to fall over, but hey--I did it in pen, so I couldn't erase it.

Btw, the text across it is is "Ach, ich fuhl's, est ist verschwunden"... the first line of Pamina's big aria--"Ah, I feel it, it has vanished."
